Parents, do you believe your kids won’t act the way you want them to unless you use punishments to force them into some sort of obedience… or do the opposite by promising rewards for good behavior?

Are you searching for new ideas to end the cycle of arguing, negotiating, punishing and dangling carrots?

PEP's Redefining Discipline: A No Gimmicks Guide to Raising Responsible, Respectful Kids will help you find new harmony, cooperation and connection in your family.

This 30-day class teaches a different perspective on problematic situations and behavior. It's a time-tested, proven approach that builds relationships with more joy and less friction… and leads to a lot of personal growth for your child.

Discover a new coaching role with your children and help guide them on a path to self-discipline.

Redefining Discipline builds on the principles and strategies covered by the Encouragement: Building Your Child's Confidence from the Inside Out online class. It is designed for parents of preschoolers through teens.

The Class Discussion is one hour per week, which you can join live to ask a question or post it in the Comments section.

We know that making changes to your parenting strategies takes a lot of time and effort. That's why we built in the online Class Discussions and Comments sections so you can ask questions. As with any new habit, the more you participate, the more you benefit.
