During this hour workshop we will discover our top two areas we need to address. The common areas are getting up, getting out, menu planning, chores and going to bed. Each participant will leave with practical tips and solutions to create more harmony, be more encouraging and feel more capable. A list of resources (books, classes, online resources) will provide continued support and inspiration on our journey from overwhelm to harmony.
